Instructions for Completing a Course

You can access the available courses several ways. The courses debuting each month will be located on the home page. You may also see a complete list of available courses by selecting All Courses and Post-tests from the navigation menu. Or, you may see a list of courses categorized by topic area by selecting the topic you are interested in. Select the course in which you are interested by clicking on its title. A preamble page will appear including the release and expiration dates, learning objectives, CME information, and disclosures.

To view the course, click on its title. Study the course directly from your screen. When you are ready to submit your answers to the post-test, click on Take Post-test at the top or bottom of the course. If you have not already logged into the site, you will be asked for your username and password.

To answer the questions, click on your selected choice for each answer then proceed to the next question. We recommend that you print a copy of your answers before you submit them to us. Once completed, click on Submit Post-test at the bottom of the page. Your post-test will automatically be graded.

If you successfully complete the post-test (score of 70% or higher), your certificate will be made available immediately. Click on View Certificate and print the certificate for your records. If you receive a score of 69% or less, you did not pass the post-test. You may retake the post-test until successful.
